Dream Big for the New Year!

Dream Big for the New Year!

Last season was about confronting your shadows and doing the work to let go of past versions of yourself you don't want anymore. That means, past thoughts, feelings, habits, people, environments and things. Now we are onto a new season and projecting what you want to materialize in the coming year. If you didn’t have the time to reflect and introspect during the last season, this is your opportunity.

This is the perfect time for you to sit down and look back at what you did this year and how much you’ve changed or how much you’ve accomplished. It’s a moment to see what worked and what didn't. It’s a perfect time to DREAM BIG and think about what you want to accomplish next year, to create an action plan so when the next season comes, you can begin to take the necessary steps to help you reach your goals.

Here are a few journaling prompts for you to use these last days of the year:

  1. What did you accomplish this past year?
  2. What were your biggest lessons?
  3. What are some mistakes you learned from that you will not make in the future?
  4. How are you dealing with the energies and actions of the people around you?
  5. What were the most memorable moments of 2022?
  6. In what areas of your life are you seeing expansion from the work you’ve done in the past months?
  7. What are some goals you had at the beginning of 2022 that you weren’t able to accomplish? If so, why weren’t you able to?
  8. What people, situations, places or things are you no longer resonating with? Are you able to release and let them go?
  9. What beliefs did you have at the beginning of the year that you no longer need or want to have?
  10. What were some things that worked for you this year that you will bring forth into the next year?

  1. What are 5 main things you want to accomplish next year?
  2. What areas of your life do you want to work on?
  3. What new adventures do you want to do?
  4. What new habits do you want to acquire?
  5. What would be one thing that if it happened would blow your mind? Write it down even if you think it’s not possible to happen.
  6. What new things do you want to learn?
  7. What places do you want to go to?
  8. What types of people do you want to meet?
  9. What types of events do you want to attend?
  10. What things do you want to attract?
  11. Do you want to improve your finances? How much money do you want to have?

To complete these questions, make sure you set aside some alone time so you won't have any distractions and you can really connect with your intuition to set the intentions that most align with your soul. Make your favorite cup of tea or coffee, put some relaxing music, light a candle and get to journaling. And if you want to get a little extra cozy, remember I have some beautiful, inspiring tapestries that can be your company and give you warmth during this winter season.
